Senior Full Stack Engineer - Java & React

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in Java, React, and cloud platforms like AWS to join our enterprise application development team. This is a high-impact role ideal for engineers who thrive in end-to-end product ownership, from design through deployment, and enjoy working across backend services and user interfaces.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to architect, build, and maintain mission-critical applications that drive our digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend services using Spring Boot or Jakarta EE.

Build dynamic, responsive frontend interfaces with ReactJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and services with security, performance, and scalability in mind.

Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

Leverage cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) to deploy and scale applications in a containerized environment.

Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Contribute to technical documentation, including architectural designs, API specs, and deployment diagrams.

Champion best practices in code quality, application security, and performance tuning.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development (Core Java, Spring Boot, JDBC, etc.)

Expertise in ReactJS and modern front-end tooling.

Strong experience with REST API design, microservices architecture, and backend integrations.

Proficient with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Solid understanding of enterprise application architecture and system design.

Experience creating technical and functional design documents.

Proven track record as a Full Stack Developer delivering production-grade applications.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

Knowledge of GraphQL, server-side rendering (SSR), or static site generation (SSG) with React.

Exposure to ElasticSearch, Cosmos DB, or similar technologies.

Understanding of application security and OWASP best practices.

Experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum or Kanban.

Education
