We are looking for a talented UX Designer with strong writing skills to help us create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our products.
To be considered, you must be located in California, Oregon, Washington, Texas, Colorado, Utah, New Jersey, Massachusetts, or North Carolina, with candidates in the SF Bay Area preferred.
Job Duties:
Design across the development lifecycle, including user journey maps, user flows, specifications, and wireframes.
Write in-product copy, error messages, and user communications, collaborating with marketing and support on supplemental content.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop new features.
Collect, organize, and analyze customer feedback and product analytics.
Use qualitative feedback and quantitative data to inform design decisions and drive business growth.
Conduct usability testing and user surveys to identify improvements and test new designs.
Plan and design A/B tests to measure impact and experiment with features.
Ideal Background:
5+ years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
Minimum of 3 years of tenure as a UX designer or similar role at the same company.
A compelling portfolio showcasing contributions and measurable impact on a live product.
Strong track record of collaboration with product management, visual design, and engineering teams.
Proficiency in design tools and methodologies (Figma, wireframing, workflow diagramming, prototyping).
Deep understanding of and empathy for users.
Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt to house style.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Passion for productivity tools and helping teams work effectively.
Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects simultaneously.
BS or MS in computer science, design, psychology, or human computer Interaction
