Senior Estimator – Environmental & Remediation Projects

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop detailed cost estimates and bid packages

· Interpret technical drawings and perform take-offs

· Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings

· Manage subcontractor/vendor pricing and build project schedules

· Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and DEP standards

What You Bring:

· Experience in environmental services, remediation, or construction

· Strong understanding of contracts, safety regs, and estimating software

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Project

· Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
