Litigation Paralegal

Job Description

McCormick Barstow LLP has an opportunity available for an experienced litigation paralegal in our Las Vegas office, 5+ years of experience required.

Qualifications:

Paralegal certificate required;

General litigation experience, personal injury litigation experience preferred;

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills;

A firm understanding of civil litigation procedures;

Requirements:

Clark County and Washoe County experience;

Draft discovery and discovery responses;

Ability to meet clients and experts;

Ability to use various e-discovery tools;

Review and analyze discovery responses and/or large amounts of data;

Prepare meet and confer letters;

Ability to bill 6.5 hours per day;

Ability to work as a member of a practice group team, for multiple partners;

Pleasant and professional demeanor.
