Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting complaints and Discovery requests in circuit and federal court

• Assist in drafting responses to Demands and Discovery

• Prepare materials and documents for hearings

• Maintain and Schedule Court hearings, depositions and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a paralegal required; litigation experience preferred

• Three (3) years minimum experience as a circuit/ federal court paralegalCompany Description
