Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician located in Searcy and Jonesboro, AR. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on heating and air conditioning systems. This includes executing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with all services provided.

Maintenance & Repair, Preventive Maintenance skills

Strong Troubleshooting skills

Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

EPA certification

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
