Job Summary

Experienced Senior-Level HVAC Technician with a strong commitment to professional customer service. You will serve residential and commercial clients in Western New York, taking on challenging projects and leading a skilled team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.

Deliver excellent customer service, addressing HVAC issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Complete necessary paperwork, schedule jobs, and handle customer communications.

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.

Ensure projects are completed on time, meeting contract expectations.

Provide HVAC installations and services for residential and commercial clients in the Buffalo area.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education

High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience

At least 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician
