UX Designer

We are seeking a UX Designer who thrives in complexity. This role requires deep experience navigating enterprise-scale environments and contributing to multi-layered, cohesive design systems. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker with a passion for solving intricate user experience challenges in a collaborative, research-driven product environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to highly complex design initiatives across multiple touchpoints within a large-scale, enterprise ecosystem.

Translate business and user needs into elegant, consistent experiences aligned with our enterprise design system.

Operate within a highly structured design process to ensure seamless integration of UX efforts across the organization.

Maintain consistency and clarity while working within a layered design system to support the creation of scalable, user-centered products.

Requirements:

5+ years of UX design experience, including substantial time spent on enterprise-scale, complex digital products.

Advanced proficiency in Figma, including features such as Auto Layout, component libraries, prototyping, and responsive design principles.

Proven experience with design system implementation, ideally within an enterprise environment.

Must have a portfolio that showcases in-depth case studies and the explanation of research or human centered design supporting the product.

Position will be onsite (4 days a week) in Plano, Texas. Relocation is not provided.
