Business Administrator Senior
Apply your expertise to advance the mission and optimize our business strategy as a Business Administrator Senior at GDIT. Here, you’ll support solving some of our clients’ biggest challenges and help us grow the business.
Recommends, interprets, and/or implements customer and internal administrative policies and procedures - Gathers, collects, records, tracks, verifies, and analyzes data and information from multiple sources - Provides support for a wide variety of human resource programs aimed at increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of traditional HR activities. Applies understanding of administrative processes and programs in implementing human capital programs supporting an organization's strategic direction. Supports the Awards Recognition Team by tracking the life of service awards for military and civilians to including coordinating awards ceremonies. Excellent customer service skills are required.
May prepare project schedules and statistical reports - Performs non-routine administrative and analytical tasks in one or more business support function within the organization. Effective administrative and organizational skills - Proficiency in the use of basic office-related software applications such as the Microsoft Office suite of products - May require proficiency in the use of specialized customer centric applications such as TIER.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or approximately 5 years of related Human Resources work experience
Technical Skills: Experience with using Microsoft Office products
Security Clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly
Knowledge of HR administration and management principles and practices
Ability to analyze problems, conduct research, use critical thinking, and evaluate options for action; Ability to present and explain findings to teammates and leadership teams; Ability to manage conflicting priorities and timelines; Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to create a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork.

The likely salary range for this position is $79,747 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
