We are a Dallas-based wealth management firm that provides investment advice, comprehensive tax strategies, and financial planning services. We are looking for a dynamic team player to join our firm.

We are actively seeking a Financial Client Relationship Manager. This position provides support by performing case analysis tasks that enable the exploration of viable financial solutions for Clients. By serving as a value-added resource in this area, the position drives Firm productivity by ensuring a thorough review of case options and the best possible solutions for each Client presentation with the intent of addressing the client's holistic planning needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collects, validates, and analyzes financial data

Inputs data into financial planning software and develops initial planning recommendations

Assists with ongoing net worth and portfolio monitoring and plan and account maintenance

Interacts with other team members to coordinate the delivery of service to clients

Provides ongoing support of client relationships, handles day-to-day client requests and issues

Additional projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum two years of experience in industry or a similar role

Series 7 and 66 OR Series 65 preferred, industry experience could substitute

Bachelor's degree in financial planning or related field preferred

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, proficient in the Microsoft Office suite

Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Redtail

Proficiency with Schwab and Orion software preferred

Strong understanding of securities and insurance products as well as financial planning process

Ability to manage multiple client cases at once

Must be a self-starter

Must have excellent organizational, communication and client relationship skills

Ability to work independently but also able to function as a contributing team member

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on projects effectively

Base: $60,000-$70,000 per year

Supplemental: Bonus opportunities

In-person at our Dallas, TX office, no remote opportunities available

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
