Fulfillment Coordinator/ Warehouse Planner Coordinator
Job Summary
The Warehouse Planner Coordinator is a key member of the distribution team, responsible for supporting the daily operations of a fast-paced, high-volume distribution center. This role plays an essential part in managing TL, LTL, and courier shipments, as well as coordinating incoming and outgoing orders and transfers. The ideal candidate collaborates across departments to meet the evolving demands of our customers and maintain operational efficiency.
Location: Garland, TX 75042
Schedule: 1st 8AM-5PM
Pay rate: $19.50-$21
Key Responsibilities
Use internal and/or client software systems to manage incoming and outgoing orders and transfers.
Assign daily workloads to DC employees in line with service and quality standards.
Prepare and complete all shipping and customs documentation for truckload and courier shipments.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability and effective prioritization.
Provide instructions to drivers as needed.
Cross-train to support other Warehouse Planner Coordinators during absences.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve order or transfer issues promptly.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular communication to ensure expectations are met.
Assist with customer complaint investigations and resolution processes.
Monitor and distribute workloads to ensure consistent productivity across the team.
Maintain organized records and file paperwork daily for easy access.
Complete designated monthly reports.
Adhere to all safety, security, and company policies.
Complete all required safety training and exercise Stop Work Authority when necessary.
Maintain regular, punctual attendance; overtime may be required.

Requirements
Strong customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Typing speed of 40+ WPM
Understanding of billing for shipped orders
Experience communicating with drivers and clients via phone and email
Knowledge of receiving POs in inventory systems
Prior experience as a shipping coordinator
Dock management experience
Forklift experience required
Physical & Work Environment Demands
While performing the duties of this job, Employee will be required to manually lift and stack products that ranges from 5 pounds to 75 pounds. Push carts of material with light to moderate force. Must be capable of sitting, standing, reaching, bending, lifting, or walking for extended periods of time with moderate to high frequency. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
The work element will be hot in the summer and cold in the winter – this position is not in a temperature-controlled environment. Must be able to work additional hours as needed.
