Gustave A Larson Company is actively looking for our next Counter Sales Representative for our Counter Sales Team.

Leading your Team to Success – As a Counter Sales Representative, you are enthusiastic, energetic, creative, and experienced in being apart of a team and being successful in a store front setting.
Customer Focused As a Counter Sales Representative you are ensuring that customers’ needs are met daily by having the right product and making sure it is delivered/picked at the right time. At Gustave A Larson we are passionate about serving all our customers including dealers, business owners and large HVAC companies. We meet customers’ needs by maintaining positive business relationships and delivering on the expectations we set.
HVAC product knowledge – Understanding or a willingness to learn HVAC residential systems is a must, that experience is needed to assist in selling the right equipment and recommending the right systems for our customers’ jobs.
Attention to Detail – Our industry is technical in nature and details matter. It’s not enough to do something “most of the time” – we need leaders who are experts in understanding the small details of our business, our customers and our profitability.

Candidates should have:
Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills (Outlook)
Highly motivated and detail oriented
A proven track record of inventory management and warehouse experience
Valid Driver’s license/driving record
High School diploma or equivalent required
