We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in shaping the experience individuals have with our organization. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, which includes greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist in organizing meetings and preparing meeting rooms.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
