Are you passionate about building community, equipping volunteers, and supporting vibrant parish life? St. Thomas Episcopal Church is seeking a Parish Life Coordinator to help bring our ministries to life through thoughtful planning, volunteer support, and warm hospitality.

This vital role works closely with the Clergy, church staff, and lay leaders to strengthen the fabric of our faith community. You'll help organize Sunday mornings, coordinate schedules and events, and ensure volunteers are well-supported and appreciated. Key Responsibilities Include:

Collaborating with the clergy and staff to coordinate lay ministries and support parish leaders.

Managing liturgical and church-wide calendars, Safe Church compliance, and Sunday morning hospitality.

Recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers across ministries.

Serving as the main point of contact during parish events, troubleshooting, guiding, and ensuring a smooth experience.

Partnering with our communications team to promote events and engage the parish community.

Tracking volunteer service and donations, generating helpful reports, and celebrating those who give their time and talents.

Upholding and communicating Safe Church practices and volunteer training.Who Were Looking For:
