Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced salesperson to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by selling our technology services and cybersecurity solutions to middle-market companies. As the face of Xpert Technologies, you will be responsible for representing our brand in the market and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients within the middle-market segment.
Present and sell technology services and cybersecurity solutions directly to clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience in selling technology services and cybersecurity at a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
Experience in direct sales to middle-market companies, not via a channel.
High degree of maturity and autonomy in managing sales activities.
Confidence in your abilities, paired with a humble and approachable demeanor.
Excellent listening skills to understand and address client needs effectively.
Desire to be the face of the company and represent Xpert Technologies in the market.
