We are hiring for In-Home CareGivers, ready to provide quality in-home care and develop an enriching meaningful relationship with our clients in the community of Rancho Palos Verdes. Our clients often require assistance with activities of daily living but also need assistance staying connected with the outside world through social activities, appointments, and errands. Your role as a certified caregiver helps them to live life to their fullest. We are open to applicants from the following industries: Caregivers, Medical, CNA, Nursing, Hospitality, etc.

Paid Orientation & Training programs include 12 hours of annual coursework.

On-going CEUs are available to maintain certifications.

Making in-depth connected relationships within the home care environment.

Use our CareGiver mobile app to keep track of your work schedule, shift responsibilities, communicate with the office, and much more.

Full scope of interaction with the client in their home including assistance with their activities of daily living, maintaining their home environment, and keeping them engaged with the outside world.Caregiver Requirements:

Home Care Aide Registry (HCA): we can assist you with this process if needed.

Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting, community living, or skilled nursing facility

TB screening or clear chest X-ray

Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team.

Reliable transportation to different clients throughout the workweek to client homes across Rancho Palos Verdes and surrounding cities
