Job Description

Salary: $14.00-$17.00 per hour

CWSI is accepting applications for an Office Clerk to work out of the Bonita Springs, Florida area. This role is multifaceted and provides career growth for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years old, or older.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

Must have a clean background.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen test.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication.

Must be attentive to detail and possess problem-solving skills.

Must be highly organized and flexible.

Must be able to multitask and meet changing deadlines.

Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.

Must have working knowledge of email, scheduling, and excel spreadsheets.

Must have a Valid ID or Drivers License.

High school diploma (or recognized equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities:

Office Clerk will provide support and assistance to ensure efficient operations within the organization by performing basic administrative services of the day-to-day operations, such as typing, filing, answering phones, travel arrangements, greeting visitors and operating general office equipment.
