Director of Sales, Silicon IP
Location: San Jose, CA 95134
Hybrid Remote: 3 days in the office per week Reporting To: Senior Director, Sales
Responsibilities:
Developing and executing growth plans for key strategic accounts
Driving profitability/revenue through innovative sales approaches
Collaborating with marketing to develop account strategies based on market analysis
Maintaining and growing existing accounts while pursuing new high-value accounts
Creating processes to understand customer requirements, detecting market trends
Forecasting long-term demand and short-term revenue
Introducing new products to prospects and customers within Silicon IP, Interface IP, and Security
Requirements:
10+ years of professional experience in sales and customer engagement
Experience in the semiconductor industry, selling semiconductor and silicon IP
Experience with ASIC, Foundry, interface sub-systems, memory sub-systems, security IP
Experience creating detailed forecasts and sales opportunity funnels
Strong negotiating, presentation, and project management skills
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Experience selling Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software tools is preferred – Synopsis, Cadence Design Systems, Siemens EDA, Keysight, Altium, and/or Ansys
