You’ll be entrusted with promoting the flow of effective HR practices across our region. As the link between the divisional HR Manager and regional HR teams, your week may include dynamic site visits, where you will:
Manage end-to-end HR processes, from talent acquisition to retention strategies.
Nurture positive employee relations and resolve conflicts swiftly and efficiently.
Administer benefits packages ensuring employee well-being.
Directly influence HR policy adherence and create impactful reports.
Lead regional HR staff to outperform set expectations. Your Profile
Your impressive track record over 5-10 years in HR, your analytical mindset, and your command in professional writing and presentation will set you apart. Presence in a manufacturing setting will be an asset.
This role is centered in Dayton, Ohio, and extends to Vandalia and Wapakoneta, demanding adaptability to visit these sites. EEOC Statement
