We’re seeking a passionate, forward-thinking Functional Medicine Physician to join our innovative, patient-centered team. If you're ready to go beyond symptom management and practice true root-cause medicine, this is your moment What You’ll Do:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to uncover the root causes of chronic, complex conditions

Order and interpret advanced specialty labs (DUTCH, GI-MAP, Genova, OAT, genomics, hormone panels, and more)

Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans using nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, detox protocols, and bioidentical hormones

Support patients undergoing cancer treatment with functional medicine strategies that complement oncology care, minimize side effects, and build immune resilience

Collaborate in a team-based model with nutritionists, health coaches, and regenerative specialists

Educate and empower patients to take charge of their health journey

Participate in continuous learning, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives What You Bring:

MD or DO, board-certified (or eligible) in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related field

Functional Medicine certification or advanced training (IFM, A4M, or similar)

Experience with specialty labs, systems biology, and integrative care

Active WY license or ability to obtain

$250,000 salary

$30,000 sign-on bonus
