ISR Readiness SME
The Opportunity:
As an ISR Readiness expert on our team, you'll assist the client with functional management of Airborne, SIGINT or Cyber, Targeting, Unit Level Intelligence, DCGS, and All-Source Analysis units’ readiness programs. You'll leverage your expertise and experience to perform strategic planning, policy development, force management, unit or personnel tasking, qualification and training, readiness reporting data for trend analysis, and equipment procurement and sustainment, and provide analytic support to resource management to recommend readiness program best practices to increase unit readiness levels. Additionally, you'll provide SME support to coordinate policy, guidance, requirements, and tactics. You'll support quarterly management reviews, monthly readiness status reports to leadership, staff assistance visits, and site visits. Finally, you'll research and draft proposed responses to inquiries concerning ISR activities and develop and prepares background materials, assessments, presentations, and analysis on the current state of ISR readiness.

You Have:
10+ years of experience with military ISR
Experienced in Air Force unit readiness requirements, including DRRS, DCAPES, DOC statements, UMDs, and deployments readiness tasks
Ability to manage, coordinate, and articulate issues for action by leadership
Ability to work independently and proactively, and as part of a team
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Air Force ISR enterprise and units
Experience in Airborne ISR, Cyber ISR, targeting, Air Force support to Domestic Operations or Incident Awareness and Assessment, All-Source Analysis, and DCGS
Knowledge of current issues facing all levels of Air Force and joint service employment of ISR capabilities
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
