Financial Additions is assisting a reputable client in North Dallas with a Senior Accountant position. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full cycle general ledger accounting. This role will support the M&A team but M&A experience is not required.

Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations

Collaborate with General ledger team and accounts payable team to complete reconciliations

Assist the valuations and M&A teams

Analysis of account reconciliations, cash uses, seller AR and roll forwards, and deal related liabilities

What qualifications you will bring:

Bachelors in Accounting

3+ years accounting experience

Analytical or analysis experience helpful
