What Youâ ll Do as a CPS, Inc Recruiter:
At CPS, Inc., youâ ll take full ownership of your desk, managing everything from candidate sourcing to client development. In this role, you will:
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver solutions
Manage existing accounts and develop new business (key area for us!)
Communicate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams
Build and grow your own niche practice within a supportive team structure
Qualifications
1+ years of recruiting experience
Local candidate (this is an on-site job)
Comfortable with daily communications through text, call, email, and LinkedIn
Business Development skills (creating and maintaining client relations a must)

Compensation and Earnings
Base salary + commission
On-target earnings (OTE): $65Kâ $100K+ in your first 12 months
