Yard Laborer

Location: Harrisburg, NC

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (occasional Saturdays required)

Key Responsibilities:

Load, unload, and move materials in a yard or plant setting

Perform general labor tasks such as sorting, stacking, and maintaining materials

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area

Follow all safety rules and operate in a safe manner around equipment

Assist with daily production and operations support

Work is outdoors and requires working in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain

Work Environment:

This role is outdoors and requires working in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain. Candidates must be comfortable performing physically demanding work in year-round outdoor environments.

Requirements:

Longevity in past work experience is required – we are looking for individuals with a consistent and stable job history

Availability to work Monday–Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Previous experience in a labor-intensive, industrial, or yard setting is preferred

Safety-minded, team-oriented, and dependable
