$42,000 - $51,000 yearlyResponsibilities:
Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders
Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients
Take ownership of ensuring there are accurate records of all necessary bookkeeping, client, and sales reports in order to track and communicate the status of assigned goals
Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs
Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously metQualifications:
Open to embracing the insurance industry and becoming educated about its relevant state and federal regulations
High school diploma necessary; college degree a bonus
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required; customer service experience is a plus
Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license
Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is requiredAbout Company
