We are currently seeking an Office Surveyor to join our team in our Toledo, OH office. The ideal candidate is an experienced field professional with office skills performing, ALTA and Boundary Surveys, Topographic/Existing Condition & Route Surveys and Construction Layout.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the survey function

Preparing estimates and writing proposals

Scheduling of the survey crews

Determining the most appropriate data collection method

Field data preparation, record research, processing the field data, verifying the accuracy of survey data, survey calculations

Managing the base mapping process, preparing plats and easements

Ensuring the safety of the surveys crews

Maintaining equipment

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

5+ years of related work experience

Current LSIT in Ohio, P.S. license is preferred

Experience managing and directing less experienced staff

Proven track record of increasing levels of responsibility

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Management experience of land development projects

GIS and laser scanning experience

Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D needed, Trimble product experience helpful

Must be able to work with others in a team environment
