This role isnt about sitting on the sidelines. Youll be in the trenchesleading, coaching, and developing the next generation of six-figure closers.

What Youll Actually Be Doing:

Spend 80% of your time in the fieldcoaching, leading, and driving results

Train new reps from day one through full onboarding and ongoing development

Reinforce KPI expectations and keep your team locked into performance

Cross-train reps across roofing, siding, windows, and moreown product versatility

Spot skill gaps and coach your reps through them with accountability and feedback

Build out the systems and training processes that will scale with us

Help develop a leadership pipeline that supports the companys next chapter
