Job Description

As a Helper at Reliable Tire Disposal, you play a vital role in supporting the efficient loading and unloading of tires and trailers during transportation. Working alongside the Driver, you contribute to accurate tire counts, safe handling practices, and overall customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include assisting with physical tasks, adhering to safety guidelines, and communicating effectively with the Driver and customers. Your commitment to safety, teamwork, and the timely completion of tasks measures success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Loading and Unloading:

• Assist the Driver in loading and unloading tires onto and from the vehicle.

• Ensure careful handling to prevent damage and maintain tire counts.

2. Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols during all tasks.

• Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to the Driver and Logistics Manager.

3. Communication:

• Communicate effectively with the Driver to coordinate loading and unloading processes.

• Report any issues, damages, or concerns about tire handling promptly.

4. Customer Interaction:

• Interact professionally with customers during deliveries and pickups.

• Assist with courteously addressing customer inquiries or concerns.

• Zero customer conflict

5. Physical Tasks:

• Participate in physical tasks, including lifting and moving tires, to support the loading and unloading.

• Ensure ergonomic compliance to handle the demands of the role.

6. Teamwork:

• Collaborate with the Driver to ensure smooth operations during transportation.

• Support a positive and cohesive team environment.

7. Efficiency:

• Work efficiently to contribute to on-time departures and arrivals.

• Minimize downtime during loading and unloading processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Physical fitness to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving tires.
