We're hiring a part-time Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit, high-performing team. In this role, you'll serve as our clients' primary point of contact, supporting their insurance needs with professionalism and care. You'll conduct policy reviews, assist with cross-selling opportunities, and help manage client relationships.

Competitive base pay starting at $30,000, higher for more experienced applicants

Monthly commissions averaging $500-$3,000

Performance-based bonuses

Flexible schedule 25-32 hours a week (option to work 4 or 5 days/week)

Responsibilities

Conduct policy reviews and ensure client coverage is up to date

Support clients with questions, changes, and service needs

Identify and act on opportunities to cross-sell insurance products

Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records

Assist with new business processing and documentation

Collaborate with the team to maintain a high level of service

Requirements

Active Illinois Property & Casualty License preferred

Previous experience in insurance or customer service is strongly preferred

Strong customer service orientation with a solutions-focused mindset

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Proficiency with basic office software and CRM systems

Part-time
