Job Description

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a change of pace from your typical management position? New management company is seeking experienced and dynamic Property Director for our conventional property in Kettering.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of property management operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.

Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.

Manage contracts with vendors and service providers to maintain high standards of property upkeep.

Complete renewals on tenants.

Touring prospects through the community and follow up on all leads to maintain high occupancy.

Maintain accurate legal administrative files related to property operations.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly.

Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Experience

3 or more years of property management experience is required.

Experience with Yardi Voyager is required.

Familiarity with facilities management practices and legal administrative tasks.

Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are required.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing files and documentation.
