Job Summary:

We are seeking a Back-Up Lead Operator to support our production team in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. The Back-Up Lead Operator will assist the Lead Operator in coordinating and overseeing activities on the production floor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred

Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Familiarity with operating machinery and equipment

Basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret technical documents

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions closely

Responsibilities:

Assist the Lead Operator in organizing and prioritizing production activities

Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines

Monitor production processes and adjust as needed to ensure quality and efficiency

Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments

Maintain accurate production records and reports

Support training of new team members on production processes

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment

Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
