Summary
We are currently seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator in Columbus, Ohio to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Inventory Control Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy through robust cycle-count processes, continuous training of users and transaction audits.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform cycle counts; identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
Conduct physical inventory per client request
Communicate with shipping, warehouse, and kitting team and returns about inventory issues
Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels on our WMS system
Report inventory accuracy status to management
Must be attentive to any email inquiries: stock variances, dock/location searches; adjustment request
Monitor replenishment tasks on our WMS system and ensure stock is available for picking an order
Execute quarantine and/or destruction of product when directed
Ensure all product receipts are tagged properly
Ensure all racking is labelled correctly
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Provide feedback to manager on the operations and employees
Maintain warehouse sanitation practices; clean, organized, and safe environment
Demonstrate respect for the Company’s values daily, maintain and uphold all policies & procedures
Assumes additional related responsibilities as required
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or completion of GED
Minimum 2 years hands on experience in Inventory Control using a Warehouse Management System
Minimum of two (2) years previous Inventory Coordinating experience, preferably in a Warehouse environment
