Position Title: Admin and Payroll Assistant (Bilingual English/ Spanish) Location: Pauma Valley, CA Type: Part-Time to Full-Time, Flexible Hours Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr (First 2 weeks: Mon, Wed, Fri) Reports To: HR / Payroll Manager The Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin and Payroll Assistant with entry-level knowledge and interest in HR.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines, and bilingual in Spanish and English.

Job Responsibilities: Assist with clerical work, including data entry and maintaining employee files.

Respond to employee inquiries at the HR service window.

Support the HR / Payroll Manager with timecards, sick/vacation requests, and open enrollment forms.

Collaborate with the safety team to ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Assist in coordinating safety training meetings.

Perform other duties as assigned, including office organization and maintenance.

Skills and Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal, reading, and writing). Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and organizational abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
