Responsibilities of the Construction Controller:

- WIP for 300+ projects monthly

- Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

- Develop, monitor, and analyze project budgets, providing insightful recommendations for cost optimization.

- Train/Support/Lead a team of 13 accountants (AR/AP/Payroll/Inventory)

- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators.

Qualifications of the Construction Controller:

- CPA required

- WIP experience must be strong

- Proven experience as a Construction Controller or similar role in the construction industry.

- Strong understanding of construction accounting principles and project financial management.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
