Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage signature projects within the Utilities division.

Conduct project initiation, planning, and execution.

Develop and manage project plans (budgets, schedules, resource plans, communication plans).

Monitor project progress and resolve variances or exceptions.

Provide monthly financial updates, initiate invoicing, and follow up on receivables.

Serve as the primary point of contact and problem solver for clients.

Communicate highly technical issues clearly with clients and management.

Assist in business development and marketing efforts.

Contribute to proposals and assist in negotiation of scope changes.

Ensure adherence to client and industry standards, specifications, and procedures.

Maintain project documentation and perform quality assurance reviews.

Manage risks and opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.

Support continuous improvement of internal processes and management systems.

Lead, mentor, and delegate tasks effectively to team members.

Build and maintain strong working relationships within teams and with clients. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.

Minimum 12 years of experience in substation engineering, including field experience.

At least 2 years of experience as a project engineer.

Experience with utilities and power delivery projects.

Strong leadership, delegation, and mentoring capabilities.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and CAD methods and procedures.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate with teams and develop strong client relationships. Benefits:
