Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP).
FLSA Status and Hours: This is a full-time position and might require onsite shift work. Hours are TBD.
Position Overview: As the Service Operations Manager, you will take responsibility for assisting our team with the successful daily operation of IT support services. You will assist leading the on-site team, manage escalations, ensure SLA compliance, and act as a key liaison with airport stakeholders. Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless, high-quality service to support airport operations and passenger experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and transport tools and equipment. Position may require walking 10,000 or more steps in an average day.
Significant experience managing IT operations or technical service delivery teams, ideally within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or mission-critical environment.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-shift technical teams.
Proficiency in ITIL-based service management; certification preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience handling escalations and high-priority incidents.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with enterprise IT tools and platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, ticketing, remote support systems). Benefits:
