This exciting hybrid role is designed for individuals passionate about driving sales success within a defined territory. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you will collaborate closely with our distributor to implement a shared business plan aimed at maximizing account potential. You will manage and develop both on-premise and off-premise accounts while ensuring successful program execution that fosters growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Field Operations

Engage with and develop targeted regional accounts across various channels.

Design and execute impactful programs, promotions, and partnerships while measuring outcomes to ensure effectiveness.

Secure package authorization, optimal pricing, displays, and shelf space in both national and regional chains.

Collaborate closely with the Key Account Management team to drive performance and uncover new business opportunities.

Analyze sales reports to discover growth potential within the territory.

Distributor Engagement

Monitor key performance metrics and deliver timely reports to enhance business growth.

Establish strong communication lines with Distributor Brand Managers and their teams.

Lead scheduled presentations at General Sales Meetings and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.

Hold monthly strategic discussions with key distributor personnel to address performance and outline actionable plans.

Oversee inventory management and sales volume targets for wholesalers in your market.

Utilize industry tools such as VIP and Nielsens for developing effective sales strategies on a weekly and monthly basis.

Implement relevant initiatives including GSMs, Market Visits, and Crew Drives.

Sales Execution

Manage and grow regional chain accounts by implementing effective growth tactics year-over-year.

Identify and develop prospective clients to expand the distribution network.

Account Management

Conduct account visits, product demonstrations, and promotional events to drive brand awareness.

Arrange distribution, display features, retail promotions, sampling events, and optimize shelf assortment in alignment with objectives.

Job Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree is a must.

Minimum of 3 years experience in Regional Accounts, Key Account Management, or Chain Management.

At least 5 years experience in the beer or spirits industry is required.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results.

Proficiency in Excel, IRI, VIP, Power BI, project management, and CRM software.

Familiarity with Nielsens data analysis.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
