Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative tasks that contribute to the overall productivity of the organization. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong organizational skills, and enjoys helping others
$850 - $1200 weekly
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
Managing office communications, including emails and correspondence.
Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings for team members.
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Monitoring office supplies and ordering inventory as needed. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
