? Now Hiring: Behavior Technician

? Location: Monroe, Michigan

? Contract: 40 weeks ? Hours: 35 per week

? Pay: Based on experience/$20 HR starting pay

Are you passionate about supporting students’ growth and development? We’re looking for a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team in Monroe, MI for the 2025-2026 school year!

? Position Highlights:

Work one-on-one or in small groups with school-age students

Support behavioral and social-emotional development

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a school-based setting

40-week contract, 35 hours per week

? Qualifications:

High school diploma required; some college preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience working with school-age children or in pediatric settings

Strong communication, patience, and a passion for helping students succeed
