Sr. Project Manager - Mission Critical

We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of data center construction projects. This is a new role with a well established nationwide organization and will require strong leadership, coordination, and technical expertise in managing large-scale, mission-critical facilities from pre-construction through commissioning.

Responsibilities:

Manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of data center projects.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Oversee quality, safety, and compliance with building codes and data center standards.

Review construction documents, handle RFIs and change orders.

Ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery. Qualifications:

5+ years of construction PM experience - data centers project work is a MUST have.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and mission-critical infrastructure.

Familiar with Procore, P6, Blue Beam MS Project, or similar tools.

Indusctry Relevent Certification (s) preferred. (PMP, CCM, PE, OSHA, etc.)

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
