Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for healthcare technology and a track record of successful project management? We are currently seeking a Permanent Epic Implementation Manager - Clinical Applications for a pivotal role in our healthcare organization. The individual in this position will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Epic Clinical Applications, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems, and driving the successful adoption of these tools across our organization. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of healthcare technology, playing a key role in improving patient outcomes and organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the implementation of Epic Clinical Applications, ensuring timely and on-budget completion of projects.

2. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clinicians, IT staff, and administrators, to understand their needs and ensure the new system meets these needs.

3. Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.

4. Coordinate and lead training sessions to ensure all relevant staff are proficient in using the new applications.

5. Proactively identify potential issues or risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

6. Monitor post-implementation to assess user experience, system performance, and overall effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to optimize the system.

7. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in healthcare technology and Epic applications, making recommendations for future upgrades or new implementations as necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or similar.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare technology implementation.

3. Demonstrated experience with Epic Clinical Applications, including successful implementation and user training.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.

6. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

7. Epic Certification strongly preferred.

8. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of healthcare technology.

9. Ability to travel as needed for project implementation and training.
