Responsibilities:

Exceptional Auditing skills.

Good team player.

Responsible for performing Citrix audits before upgrades/ go-live

Handling pressure and working with tight deadlines.

Identifying the priorities and critical deliverables

Responsible MI analysis and finding the enhancements

Able to work independently with minimum training

Ability to automate tasks and PowerShell scripting

Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.

Implement technical initiatives and process improvements.

Requirement:

6+ years of experience in Citrix Support

Basic knowledge of ITIL framework

Experienced in Citrix VDA installation and support

Skilled in Citrix Application Delivery Management (ADC)

Good knowledge on Citrix Storefront, Delivery Controllers, WEM and profile management

Hands on Experience on HDX/Edge Computer Optimization, Citrix Provisioning and Machine creation.

Should have experience in Multifactor authentication

Good Verbal and written communication skills

Working experience on ServiceNow and Power BI

Ability to automate repetitive tasks.

Experience in automation or power shell scripting would be an added advantage.

Basic database understanding (SQL).

Experienced in Application support or Quality Analyst

Should be able to communicate with Project Managers and other technical leads.

Maintain a service-oriented environment focused on problem prediction, detection, and resolution.

Proven expertise to ensure high level security, accuracy, and efficiency, demonstrate attention.

Drive continual improvement through strategic and thoughtful solutions with an automation first attitude.

Willing to work in fixed US shift.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Any technical certification would be an added advantage
