Build your future with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for Regulatory Administrator in Chatsworth, CA.

As a Regulatory Administrator you will: Perform work as assigned by the VP of Regulatory Affairs.

Generate and issue regulatory documents as required.

Ensure all documents issued are in compliance with the customer, industry and regulatory standards.

Generate and issue lab projects as directed by the Sales & Marketing team.

Maintain records for all the company forms used in compliance with ISO and GMP.

Maintain records of all regulatory documents by customers.

Work with the Warehouse team (Shipping/Receiving) to ensure that the appropriate documentation requirements are met.

Attend workshops and conferences pertaining to regulatory affairs as required to keep abreast of new regulations.

Pay Rate: 60,000 - $70,000 annually- Full Time- Exempt role The ideal candidate will have: Experience in contract manufacturing OSHA standards and regulations GMP ISO 22716, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001-2015 standards Must have a college degree Good and practical skills Must have basic knowledge of mathematics and familiarity with raw materials and chemicals Attention to detail and high-level of accuracy Flexible with work hours (able to work after regular work schedule and weekends) *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
