Description:

We're not looking for someone to “fill a role.” We’re looking for someone to own it.

We're a tight-knit, high-performing team building desktop software for cutting-edge technology used by some of the world’s biggest companies.

This isn’t a megacorp gig where you're buried in meetings and approval chains — it’s a place where good developers ship real software, learn from peers they respect, and love what they do.

Who We're Looking For: You’ve got 5–12 years of real-world experience building desktop applications in C#/.NET.

You’ve got strong WPF chops, you know your way around Windows internals, and you're energized by hard problems and fast progress.

You don’t need handholding.

You’re not looking for endless planning cycles.

You just want to write great code with smart teammates.

You come from a fast-moving, practical environment — not a monolith where 100 engineers push one commit a week.

You’re comfortable with ambiguity, you’re always ramping up, and you’re excited to come in and get stuff done.

What You’ll Be Doing: · Building and maintaining WPF desktop applications with C#/.NET · Troubleshooting complex issues in real-world software environments · Collaborating with product, hardware, and test teams to build solutions that work in the field · Guiding and mentoring junior engineers (when needed — not managing) · Owning features from design to implementation to test · Bringing new ideas, tools, and frameworks to the table · Keeping the momentum going — even when things get weird (as they do) Must-Haves: · 5–12 years of professional experience with C#, .NET, and WPF · Strong understanding of desktop app architecture and real-world debugging · Clear, direct communication — both verbal and in code · Comfortable working onsite with cross-functional hardware/software teams · Must be a U.S.

citizen or permanent resident — no visa sponsorship now or in the future (no OPT, H1B, or CPT) What You’ll Get: · $155,000–$170,000 salary · Generous relocation assistance if you’re not already in Boston · Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage · 401(k) with matching · Paid time off and real work/life balance · A team that genuinely enjoys what they do — and does it well If you’re an experienced Windows developer who wants to work with people who get it, build things that matter, and skip the corporate circus — let’s talk.
