Junior Set Up Associate

Junior Set-up Mechanic Hours: Monday-Thursday 5:00 am till 3:30 pm Location: Farmingdale, NJ Pay Rate: $18-20/hr.

based off experience Junior Set-up Mechanic Job Duties: Assist with the smooth running of company’s manufacturing and packaging lines Ensure all safety guards are installed Recognize types and location of all the equipment on the packaging floor Disassemble, wash down, and assemble back the fillers on all packaging lines Assist other mechanics on disassembling, washing, down and assembling back the filler equipment on the powder line Ensure parts are taken apart properly, repaired, and installed back without damage.

Report any damage parts to management Keep the shop clean and organized Show a desire and willingness to learn Complete all required training activities Demonstrate a commitment to the organization by maintaining regular, on-site attendance, act in a reliable manner Additional duties as assigned Junior Set-up Mechanic Job Requirements: Experience working with packaging line machinery Able to follow instructions from higher levels to perform requested work or support Ability to work as part of a team or as an individual and adapt to changes in work duties Follow OSHA Manufacturing Safety Awareness and precautions Comprehend and adhere to all pertinent Health and Safety Regulations, Policies, and Procedures Ability to handle 20-25 lbs.
