As an Injection Molding Maintenance Technician you will: Support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Injection Molding Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift.
Reporting to the Equipment Maintenance Manager, this role involves maintaining and repairing injection molding machines.
What a Typical Day Looks Like: Troubleshoots machine malfunctions and isolates failure mechanisms.
Repairs machinery in the most cost-effective manner.
Performs preventive maintenance as per schedules.
Conducts calibrations and re-qualifications at defined intervals.
Assists process technicians and engineers in equipment installation/removal.
Records times and issues in equipment logs.
Provides daily equipment functionality updates.
Disassembles and inspects instruments/equipment for defects.
Aligns, replaces, and balances components and circuitry.
Supports engineers with test, calibration, and evaluation plans.
Ensures precision with measuring, recording, and indicating instruments.
May need to travel to other sites or vendor locations.
May perform both software and hardware maintenance.
This is a full time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have: Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance or relative training and experience repairing injection molding equipment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience repairing injection molding machines.
Experience with troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis.
Experience coordinating and executing preventative maintenance.
Prior experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, scanners, detectors and servo motors is a plus.
Pay Rate: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
