Desktop Support

Position: Desktop Support Location: Hartford, CT Duration: 6 Months Pay Range: $20/hr - $22/hr We are seeking a Contractor to assist with managing and refreshing equipment in our Build Area.

The role involves imaging devices, updating asset records, and handling various tasks related to equipment management.

The Contractor will also be responsible for data wiping iPhones for disposal or refurbishment, setting up devices for new hires, and managing equipment shipping and receiving.

Place devices from stock into the Build Area.

Image devices for new hires, break-fix, and refresh purposes.

Collaborate with the ISC team and manage shipping logistics.

Update asset records, SharePoint site, and Depot database.

Perform data wiping on iPhones for disposal or refurbishment.

Set up devices on the network for new hires.
