HTC has a proprietary grants management software that is implemented across several state agencies in US.

The ideal candidate would have a full life cycle hands-on experience in a business domain (preferably grants or finance) and thrives in a multi-tasking environment.

The candidate would lead and contribute to product implementations to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet the quality requirements.

The technical skills Should have worked on a full life cycle implementation projects Strong knowledge of Workflows, configurable applications, business rules set up Hands-on approach who can independently manage and take full ownership of new program implementations Should be proficient in conducting Requirements confirmation meetings and creating Configuration specifications Proficient in Visio.

Should be able to document process flows, swim lane diagrams, etc.

Experience in SQL; should be capable of writing complex SQL queries including stored procedures, functions, dynamic sql Capable of system / regression testing Prepare Training hand-outs, deliver formal classroom or online training Good communication (oral and written) skills Assist in pre-sales activities / presentations / demos to clients.

Experience in Finance, Accounting or Grants domains will be an added advantage.

Should have a Computer Science, Engineering or Science degree Preference will be given to candidates who work of fixed price projects vs Time & Material engagements Should be willing to re-locate (if not local) and work from our Troy, MI office 3 days a week Should be a PMI certified PMP with an active PMP certification Familiarity with .Net, .Net Core & Bootstrap desirable Our success as a company is built on practicing inclusion and embracing diversity.
