Machine Shop Laborer

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing CNC Shop in the Raleigh area who is hiring a Machine Shop Laborer to join their team.

This is a contract-hire opportunity working 7am-3:45pm Monday-Friday.

The ideal candidate will assist in the finishing process, utilizing grinding and air tools to ensure the highest quality of fabricated parts.

Responsibilities: Use grinding tools to smooth edges and surfaces of machined parts.

Operate air tools to clean and prepare parts for final production stages.

Inspect parts for quality and ensure they meet specifications.

Assist in maintaining organized workstations and shop cleanliness.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements: Experience with grinding tools and air tools a plus.

Previous manufacturing experience a plus.

Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.

Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.

Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
