Responsibilities:
Motivating the team to achieve sales targets
Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage complex negotiations
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Identify prospects, create opportunities, and close deals
Ensure execution of client requests and requirements, and respond to their service issues and inquiries
Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer service requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
Knowledge in IT solutions and features
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
